We are a safe, family-friendly club. Our classes are after school, evening and weekends. Groups are streamed by age and ability. Fees are typically 7.50 a lesson, with discounts for family members. We give you a free VIP trial class before you join. Starting fitness levels do not need to be high. Located near BnQ in macclesfield, We have free, secure car parking on site. Parents are encouraged to sit in and watch classes
